How can I get involved, I’d like to volunteer?
We need several volunteers every year to make the Gala and Golf Outing a Success. We would love your help, simply fill out our Contact Form letting us know you’d love to volunteer and we will be in touch!
We purchased Gala tickets and would like to gift them, are they transferable?
Of course, you can gift your tickets to anyone you would like. If you would like to gift them to a first responder please just let us know.
Do you accept credit cards for the silent auction?
Yes, winners will be able to pay for their silent auction items by cash, check or credit card. 3.5% will be added to all credit card purchases.
I want to donate but not attend, how do I do this?
Thank you for your donation, there are two ways you can donate. You can send a check payable to LCFRBF to LCFRBF c/o Rick Boisvert, Brighton Area Fire Authority, 615 W. Grand River, Brighton 48116, or you can donate online via our Ticketing Page.

What is the dress code for the annual Gala and Silent Auction?
Our Annual Gala and Silent Auction has a different theme every year. We encourage dressing to the yearly theme but any formal attire is acceptable, generally suits for men and formal gowns for the women.
Recent Assistance Grants
Here is how the LCFRBF has helped make a difference.
- Assisted with final expenses for a firefighter's family impacted by the unexpected death of an immediate family member.
- Financial support provided to a law enforcement officer whose child received a critical health diagnosis.
- Assisted with additional travel expenses for a law enforcement officer and his family to visit their newborn baby who developed complications at birth and required an extended hospital stay.
- Provided financial support to a paramedic forced to miss work due to an injury and helped bridge the gap until disability income was earned.
